Capabilities

Packaging

We receive bulk chemicals by tank wagon, then package into one gallon containers, 5 gallon pails, drums, totes, tankers, ISO containers, and rail cars.

Toll Manufacturing

We offer turnkey manufacturing services with expert technical insight and onsite government article applications. You provide the the raw materials, formulas, and specifications. We process them into finished or semi-finished products.

IPG has blending facilities in Roanoke and St. Louis. We have an onsite laboratory QC/QA with reverse engineering capabilities.

Custom Blending

Solvent recovery

Solvent recovery is used as an alternative to solvent replacement to reduce waste. Our team is experienced in recycling waste streams and by-products. Our trained technicians offer solvent recovery in industries such as pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, paints and coatings, and many others.

To improve on-time deliveries, customer satisfaction, and responsiveness, we offer integrated delivery capabilities. For example, our multi-compartment trucks can deliver two partial loads to one customer and deliver the remaining load to another.

October 17, 2023 — ROANOKE, Virginia — Integrity Partners Group (“IPG”), a chemical distribution platform acquired by OpenGate Capital, has acquired certain assets from West Penetone. The investment expands IPG’s value proposition and customer offerings further downstream with environmentally-friendly chemical solutions addressing the recurring, cleaning and maintenance requirements of the aerospace and defense industry. Financial terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed.
