February 20, 2024 — ROANOKE, Virginia — IPG has signaled its commitment to the Food & Beverage market with the addition of a new loading canopy for the distilled spirits plant at its Chemisphere site in St. Louis, Missouri.

October 17, 2023 — ROANOKE, Virginia — Integrity Partners Group (“IPG”), a chemical distribution platform acquired by OpenGate Capital, has acquired certain assets from West Penetone. The investment expands IPG’s value proposition and customer offerings further downstream with environmentally-friendly chemical solutions addressing the recurring, cleaning and maintenance requirements of the aerospace and defense industry. Financial terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed.
